From the Spring/Summer 2025 season, the Max Mara Leisure line adopts a new, simplified name – MM. The rebranding aims to strengthen consistency within the Max Mara Fashion Group and to emphasise the universal, contemporary spirit of the collection, while preserving its core DNA – exclusive comfort designed for everyday wear.

MM – stylish comfort and everyday elegance

Founded in 2016 as Max Mara Leisure, MM was created in response to the desire to merge the ease of everyday dressing with the refined elegance characteristic of the Max Mara fashion house. The concept reflects the broader vision of Achille Maramotti – founder of the Max Mara Fashion Group – who, as early as the mid-20th century, was among the first in Italy to develop the prêt-à-porter idea. His pursuit of clothing that is accessible, functional and at the same time imbued with aesthetic value continues through this line.

Designed for women who appreciate understated sophistication and practicality, the MM collection offers a wardrobe defined by soft, tactile fabrics, a neutral colour palette and minimalist silhouettes. It is this balance between comfort and aesthetic refinement that determines the line’s distinctive role within the Max Mara Fashion Group, alongside brands such as Max&Co. and Weekend Max Mara.

Subtle elegance, precision of craftsmanship and attention to detail – including delicate embroidery and the “M” monogram – form a coherent vision of the modern wardrobe: stylish yet simple in form, harmonious and attuned to the rhythm of everyday life.

Women’s clothing collections by MM

The MM collection responds to evolving seasonal needs – in both cooler and warmer months, the brand presents designs that combine wearing comfort with refined simplicity. With a regularly refreshed selection, pieces can be found to suit the weather and the pace of everyday life.

Among the highlights are women’s jackets – from lightweight transitional cuts to warm quilted styles – along with MM sweatshirts available with or without hoods. The brand also offers an extensive range of knitwear, including ponchos, cardigans and classic turtlenecks crafted from soft wool or fine silk. Dresses hold a prominent place within the collection, encompassing both casual and evening designs, available in various lengths and fabrics. Completing the assortment are women’s shirts, trousers, skirts, shorts, blouses, T-shirts and swimwear – all created with a focus on functionality and visual harmony.

MM – footwear, handbags and accessories

MM also encompasses thoughtfully curated accessories that allow you to build a cohesive, seasonally attuned wardrobe.
