Complaints

Gomez is obliged to deliver to the Consumer a product that complies with the concluded sales contract and is liable for any nonconformity of the product with the contract.

If the product you receive does not conform to the order placed, as determined within two years from the time of its delivery, please report this nonconformity (you may use the complaint form available here) and return the product to our address:

In your complaint, please provide contact details that allow us to get in touch with you for the purposes of the complaint process, and also attach documents or provide details that enable the identification of the concluded sales contract (e.g. receipt or invoice, order number, etc.). Attaching a copy of the receipt or invoice is not mandatory but is suggested, as it usually expedites the complaint process.

The complaint will be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt of your notification. The customer will be informed in writing, by email, or via SMS about the manner in which the complaint has been resolved.
