Time for Return
You can return the purchased product within 30 days from the day of receiving the shipment.
Log in to your customer account and then, in the "RETURNS" tab, withdraw from the contract or click on the link below:
Time for Refund
The refund may take up to 14 days from the moment the return shipment is inspected.
Refund Method
If the order was paid for in cash on delivery and you provided a bank account number in the return form, the refund will be made to the specified account number. If no bank account number is provided, the refund will be made in the same form as the payment was made.
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT VIA ONLINE METHOD
- Log in to your Customer Account on gomez.pl, go to the Profile tab, and click on RETURNS. A list of your placed orders will appear; choose the order containing the product you wish to return and click WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT. If you don't have a Gomez.pl account, click HERE, fill in the order details, and continue.
- Select the product, specify the quantity, and optionally provide the reason for the contract withdrawal, then click NEXT.
- Choose the form of return of the item and the payment method, and click NEXT.
- Review and verify the details and click CONFIRM WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT.

If you want to return the product at your own expense, feel free to use the package in which you received the parcel. The box got adjusted to be resent. All you need to do is put the returned items, attach signed withdrawal form and, if possible, the copy of receipt. The parcel should be sent to:

We request that the withdrawal form, copy of the receipt (if possible) and returned products be placed in the same parcel.
Please submit your contact information and documents or other information allowing to identify purchase agreement (i.e. receipt, invoice, order number, others) on the withdrawal form. Feel free to use the withdrawal form available below. The form must be signed. Attaching the copy of the receipt or invoice will considerably speed up the process of withdrawal.

If you wish to return the product personally, all you need to do is deliver the returned items together with signed withdrawal form to one of our stationary stores in Poznań or Warsaw. The withdrawal form should include the data enabling contact during the process of the return and document or other information allowing to identify purchase agreement (i.e. receipt, invoice, order number, others).
