Various delivery options are available to ensure convenient order fulfillment. All shipments are fully insured.

DPD COURIER

Orders can be delivered through DPD Courier services. The DPD Courier option should be selected during checkout.
This service provides direct delivery to the recipient’s address. The maximum value of a cash-on-delivery (COD) shipment is PLN 5,000.

DPD Pickup service is also available.
Parcels can be sent or collected at partner pickup points such as Żabka, Dino, Kaufland, Shell petrol stations, and other locations, as well as from DPD parcel lockers. DPD Pickup offers a range of additional services, including shipment insurance.

INPOST PARCEL LOCKER 24/7

Delivery through InPost services is also available. During checkout, the InPost Parcel Locker 24/7 option can be selected, followed by choosing a preferred pickup location. The standard delivery time is 1–2 business days. The maximum value of a COD shipment is PLN 5,000.
TheInPost Mobile App (available for Android and iOS) allows shipment tracking and convenient parcel management.

PERSONAL COLLECTION

Orders can be collected in person at Gomez retail stores located in Warsaw or Poznań. After the selected pickup location is chosen, the order is processed and prepared for collection. An email notification is sent once the order is ready for pickup at the chosen store.

Orders are held for collection for a period of 14 calendar days.

DELIVERY TIME

The total delivery time for orders placed at Gomez.pl is approximately 3–5 business days within Poland . Delivery times may be extended during public holidays or high-demand periods. Information regarding any potential delays is provided in advance.
